This week's Jobsite of the Week goes to Ausherman Painting for their work on this historic home that was built just north of where Pickett began his charge durring the Battle of Gettysburg. It was built in the 1830's in a Federalist style that later was given a more Victorian style around the 1900's.

Project details from Zach Ausherman, "This project was led by our 32 year experienced Senior Crew Leader and Master Craftsman, Jody Harlacher. It included 6 different colors, most of which Jody custom matched by eye. We used Benjamin Moore Aura on this Project. We also used Abatron Wood Epoxy on multiple problem areas, and fully glazed multiple windows."

He continues, "We prepped and painted the North side of the home completely, excluding the porch ceiling and floor. On the East side, we prepped and painted a large majority of the home. However we did not paint the upper band boards and ribboning of the covered porch. We did paint the railings and the posts. On the South side, we continued on the railing of the porch and a pedestrian door. Lastly, on the West Side (front), we continued painting the railing of the porch, a small gable end, decorative fascia and soffit, siding, windows and door and door surround."
